Wireless charging needs a Qi-compatible phone — most modern handsets are, but check yours. Thick or metal cases can block the charge, so you may need to take the case off.

For the fastest charge and to use the light and speaker at the same time, a QC 3.0 power adapter is recommended. The built-in battery alone only powers the Bluetooth speaker, not the wireless charging.
